Cool kids of Korea have the chance to shop at Low Classic, a label that has already striken our attention over the past seasons. It's only available in Korea, but cool kids of the world want to grab some pieces of this young label. Low Classic is the encounter of Lee Myoung Sin, Park Jin Sun and Hwang Hynji who established it in 2009. There's no need to look for adjectives to qualify the South Korean label as the whole story is told by its name. It's the interpretation of classic through a modern touch which embodies sophisticated tailoring, youth subculture and sportswear.

The SS14 collection named Run Riot is the girl journey, starting with the "not so basic" school uniform to the more relaxed sporty oufit. According to the designers, this collection is inspired by Helen Van Meene's photograph collection, which reflected on the confusion puberty period portrait. This season's collection portrays the memory of school; defiance during puberty and self-identity under strict regulations and crosses the border line between street and high fashion.

The navy blue uniform is the variation of the would be uniform Korean girls obviously have to wear at school. There is always the navy blue embodying this idea of classic, but the second look breaks this hyper-conventional daily uniform as it is matched with a bold deep blue short. We get the balance between hyper classic and irrevent attitude as the designers play with it through the whole collection. That's Low Classic's trademark as a look got always a twist. It's all about classic tailoring vs sportswear. We want to have a taste of Low Classic, wearing these stunning slogan mesh tops, sweaters and dresses, being wrapped in these cropped silk blousons or in the boxy line coat. The leather slogan square bags are definitely new basic shoppers and we want them to be part of our wardrobe, especially the one with "no homework on Sunday afternoon sunshine". Low Classic is for girls with attitude which is the quality we love the most in girls. Will you have a taste of Low Classic?
