The breakout moment of the Copenhagen Fashion Week was definitely the utilitarian collection of the young designer Wali Mohammed Barrech who clearly sent out a SOS echoed with the strained world we live in. Radical manifesto also comes with the uncompromising ethos of Asger Juel Larsen who reminds us that Punk is not dead. Low and profane meets high-end fashion here in Copenhagen and designers such as Freja Dalsjo don't compromise on the quality and craftsmanship creating silky galore pieces for cool, chic and sporty women like Caroline Brasch Nielsen. We could not forget to mention the showman Henrik Vibskov whose collections look like a work of art and are always unexpected.
